1. Who we are
This store is operated by Communication Square LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste 20333, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and an authorised reseller of Microsoft software licences and cloud subscriptions. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell and how it is delivered
Everything sold here is a software licence or cloud subscription, delivered digitally by provisioning the licence to your Microsoft tenant. Nothing is physically shipped. There is no shipping charge and no delivery address is required.
To fulfil your order we need the Microsoft tenant or domain the licences should be assigned to. If you do not yet have a tenant, our setup service can create and configure one for you.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we provision the licence or confirm the order in writing. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable from the vendor, if the price or description was listed in error, if we cannot verify your eligibility for restricted pricing, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
4. Prices, fees and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Two charges are applied automatically and are shown to you in the cart before you pay:
- Tenant setup fee. A one-time fee of $50.00 applies to orders with a subtotal under $50.00, and to any order containing a no-cost licence, because those orders still require a tenant to be set up and configured. It includes a setup and training call. You can remove it by raising your licence subtotal above $50.00.
- Minimum quantities. Some licence lines carry a minimum purchase quantity, which is shown on the product page and enforced in the cart.
5. Payment
We accept card payments through WooPayments (processed by Stripe) and payments through PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
6. Eligibility for education and nonprofit pricing
Microsoft restricts education and nonprofit pricing to organisations that qualify. If you order at those prices, you must be able to evidence your eligibility — an accredited educational institution, or a recognised nonprofit such as a US 501(c)(3). We are required to verify this before licences are provisioned. If your organisation cannot be verified, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
7. Subscription terms, renewals and cancellation
Subscription licences are sold on a committed term — for example monthly, annual, or multi-year. A committed term runs to the end of that term and cannot be shortened. Cancelling stops the licence renewing into the next term; it does not end or refund the term in progress.
To stop a renewal, contact us before the renewal date and we will process the cancellation with the vendor.
8. Returns and refunds
Provisioned digital licences are not returnable. Full details, including the situations in which we do refund, are in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Microsoft terms apply to your licences
Licences bought here are governed by Microsoft’s own customer terms, including the Microsoft Customer Agreement and the product terms for each service. You are responsible for accepting those terms and for complying with them, including any limits on how the software may be used. We resell and support the licences; Microsoft provides the underlying service.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate order and tenant information, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to resell or transfer licences except where Microsoft’s terms permit it. You are responsible for the activity that takes place in your tenant.
11. Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site and our provisioning available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use of the licences.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
