What we sell
Communication Square LLC sells Microsoft software licences and cloud subscriptions. Everything we sell is delivered digitally by provisioning the licence to your Microsoft tenant. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no delivery address, no shipping cost, and nothing to send back.
Digital licences are not returnable
Once a licence has been provisioned to your Microsoft tenant it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The licence is allocated to your tenant at the vendor at the moment of provisioning and cannot be reclaimed, restocked, or resold by us.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct product, edition, term, and quantity before you check out. If you are unsure which licence you need, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it for you at no charge.
When we will refund you
Being non-returnable does not mean we keep money we are not owed. We will correct and refund any of the following:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same order.
- Failed provisioning — we were unable to deliver the licence you paid for.
- Incorrect amount — you were charged the wrong price because of an error on our side.
- Unfulfilled order — you paid and the order was never fulfilled.
Contact us as soon as you notice the problem and we will investigate and, where the above applies, refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility-based pricing
Education and nonprofit pricing is restricted by Microsoft to organisations that qualify. If you purchase at education or nonprofit pricing and your organisation cannot be verified as eligible, we cannot provision the licence. In that case the order is cancelled and refunded in full — you are never charged for a licence we could not deliver.
Subscription terms and renewals
Subscription licences are sold on a committed term (for example monthly, annual, or multi-year). A committed term runs to the end of that term. Cancelling stops the licence from renewing into the next term; it does not refund the term already in progress.
To stop a subscription from renewing, contact us before the renewal date and we will process the cancellation with the vendor.
